When working with the levels of precision to which we are accustomed, it is necessary to use measuring instruments that are capable of great accuracy.   Through the use of a co-ordinate measuring machine, Werkema is able to determine 3-dimensional  accuracy within 0.0002".  When features are not accessible to a probe, a high magnification video camera is used to collect data.  This becomes an invaluable tool for processes such as machine tryouts by allowing us to finely position fixtures and units.  Capabilities like this ensure Werkema customers the machining performance to meet today's strict manufacturing demands .
